Is this a frame package or a finished granny flat?
This is a framing service for builders and project teams. The quote defines the frames, steel and any agreed installation or extras. Foundations, cladding, fit-out, services and approvals need their own scope unless expressly included. We do not advertise a standard turnkey granny flat price.
What makes backyard access important?
An established home, fences, trees, driveways and overhead services can restrict delivery and lifting. Send access information with the plans so we can review panel handling, pack locations and whether the proposed crane position is practical.

What can be included in the frame scope?
Wall panels, roof trusses, a specified floor system where required, fixings, shop drawings and engineering coordination can be assessed together. If the design needs structural beams or columns, send those drawings with the frame enquiry.
What about permits and the energy design?
Ask your building surveyor and relevant council to confirm the approval requirements for your site before ordering. The frame design needs to coordinate with the approved plans, energy report and project engineering. A frame quote does not establish whether a dwelling can be approved.

Can you install a frame behind an existing house?
We assess delivery and installation access before confirming the scope. Include the site plan, access restrictions and proposed crane location with the enquiry.
Does a steel frame quote include permits and fit-out?
Only items expressly listed in the quote are included. Planning, building approval, foundations, services and fit-out are separate from the frame scope unless agreed in writing.
