Steel framing across Melbourne and regional Victoria

FrameSet supplies light-gauge steel frames and structural steel to metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victorian projects. Installation, delivery costs and lifting arrangements are confirmed for the individual site.

Where is FrameSet based?

Our office is Unit 14, 23A Cook Road, Mitcham VIC 3132. Production is through partner factories in Melbourne. Contact us before visiting so the relevant person can be available.

Which Melbourne projects do you service?

We assess enquiries across metropolitan Melbourne, including the eastern and south-eastern suburbs, inner Melbourne, the north and the west. Send the site suburb and drawings so we can confirm delivery and installation arrangements.

Our project portfolio includes Doncaster East, Clayton, Canterbury and Vermont. Earlier partner projects are labelled as experience before FrameSet was formed.

Can you supply regional Victoria?

Yes, regional Victorian projects can be quoted. Include the full site location, access information and expected timing. Transport distance, accommodation where relevant, lifting requirements and crew availability affect the final scope and programme.

What do you need to check delivery access?

  • A site plan and the delivery address.
  • Vehicle access, overhead restrictions and any traffic-management constraints.
  • A proposed unloading position, crane location and frame-pack laydown area.
  • Whether delivery must be split between stages or dwellings.
