Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026. FrameSet Pty Ltd ("FrameSet", "we") is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) to the extent they apply to us.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not store form submissions. The contact form opens your own email app; what you send us by email is held in our mailbox and job system. When you ask for a quote we collect your name, company, contact details, the project address and the drawings you send.

Why we collect it

To quote, contract and deliver framing work, to coordinate with engineers, installers and suppliers on your project, to invoice, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Engineers, detailers, manufacturers and installers working on your project; our accountant, insurer and legal advisers; and service providers that host our email, documents and job management system, which may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

Email admin@frameset.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to complain. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
