Content on frameset.com.au describes FrameSet Pty Ltd's services in general terms. Lead times, inclusions, standards and prices for any project are set only in a written quote and contract. Nothing here is engineering advice for a specific building.

Standards and compliance

References to the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and Victorian regulations are summaries. The applicable requirements for a project are determined by the project's registered engineer and building surveyor.

Intellectual property

The FrameSet name, logo and site content are owned by FrameSet Pty Ltd. Project photographs are used with permission and show the team's experience; they are not an offer of identical work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FrameSet is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded.
